understand it at mental level is one thing ,but becoming aware of oneself brings a high more intense aliveness to this experience we make .thousands of years humans tried to find a "definition or practice " in order to have this realisation ….but once the nternat inquiery begins , and more inside you go more ,you will get to remember the ultimate truth . the smallest particule of energy carries the information of the entire creation (creator itself) .

Relax! – Everybody can become Immortal and that is very simple – By Staying Absolutely Healthy All The Time, for Infinite Health = Immortality – In less than a month Everybody can become Infinitely Healthy, Radiation-Proof and Immortal – We can be like the Gods, who created us Humans, by doing an Exercise for Just a Minute a Day, that Cures and Prevents Any Diseases, known on Earth (Corona virus and any other viruses and pathogens will be killed the moment they touch us) – I will describe my Discovery (the greatest one in human history) to Everyone, or a Group of Individuals, who sends me an E-check for $1 Million – My Discovery has an Incredible Power – For more than ten years now, I never got Sick even of the Common Cold, my Blood Sugar Level is 400 mg/dL, but I Am Not Sick of Diabetes, for I cannot get sick of it, or of Any Other Diseases – In Fact I Am Immune To All Of Them and Immortal and So Can Be Everyone Of Us.
